New Cold War?

Russia and the USA have always been at each others throats ... under the table! Now it seems that Russia is getting much more edgy with the US government wanting to install a missile defense system in Eastern Europe. President Putin of Russia says that if the US takes this course of action that he will see it as a threat on Russia itself, if not a full blown declaration of war by the US on Russia.
The US already has defense systems set up in Czech Republic and Poland but is insisting that it needs to "upgrade" the missiles for anti-terrorism purposes.
Naturally the leadership of Russia is completely against the US loading more and more ammo in the "guns" that they control right around the Russian borders.
Guess who is doing the Bush family' bidding..... Her majesty the Witch of the White House.... little Miss Rice!
What if Russia decided it wanted to install "defense missile systems" around the US borders? Do you think that the US would let them? NO WAY!
